Daily Prices
This rate includes a private guide, private cabins, buffet meals, transport to and from EcoCamp, and all the adventure activities that we offer, (the community visit is included in some cases: please see the note below). 

$80 USD per person/per day - 560 Bs per person/per day

Please note:
  • The community visit is not offered on the 3 day tour.
  • If your group meets the minimum requirement of 5 guests for the 4 day tour OR 4 guests for the 5 day tour when you book, we offer you the community visit activity for free.* If your group does NOT meet this minimum when booking, you may choose to  visit the community for the standard price of $50 USD per person. This cost covers the additional transportation upriver, equipment and motor replacement during the dry season.
   * This offer is only valid for groups that book for for five or more people together.
  • The daily rate does not apply to customized excursions for photographers. Please inquire for more details.
  • There is a one-time entrance fee to Madidi National park ($30USD/200Bs) to be paid on the morning of departure, this is not included in our daily prices.  
  • We require a minimum 3 day/2 night itinerary and 2+ guests per group for the standard programs.
  • Children 5 years and under are 50% off.

Payments & Cancellations
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the departure date.  Berraco del Madidi requires a 50% deposit of the full cost of the trip to be made through bank transfer at least 24 hours before the day of the tour.  

Please submit an inquiry to obtain additional payment details.  Once we receive the deposit, we will confirm your tour.  

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance or 20% of the deposit will be forfeited.  We will refund deposits in full within one week of cancellation. 

If guests must end their adventure early for non-personal reasons, we will reimburse the amount corresponding to the remaining reservation, minus the 10% administrative fee required by the bank.
